日曜日の夜、岡山から戻ってきた晩御飯？で行ってきました。(^-^)
日曜日の夜は、この辺り、営業しているお店が少なくて。。。。。
お店は鶏肉や串焼きを中心に、揚げ物やピザ等もあります。
席は、カウンターにテーブル。
オープンなキッチンで、若い方をターゲットにしているのでしょうか。
飲物も、ビール、焼酎、地酒等もありますが、ワインやカクテル等も。
ワインの種類は豊富です(^-^)
頂いたのは、串焼きの盛り合わせ。
ササミ、砂肝、豚バラ、シロにハツ。
飲物はハイボールを。
串焼きは、どれも肉厚ジューシーで、丁寧な仕事ぶり。
美味しいですね(^O^)
続いて、モモ肉の炙り焼きを。
炭火でスモークされた歯ごたえあるモモ肉は、噛めば噛むほど味が出てo(^-^)o
これも美味しい(^～^)です。
他にも、鶏南蛮も人気だそうで、次回はそれも頂いてみましょう(*^-^*)
