I was with my partner near Kanazawa Station due to work, so I was wandering around wondering what we should have for dinner...I happened to see Ryo, so I popped into it without a reservation, and was able to sit at the counter. The store is fashionable, clean and stylish. I think there were about 4 young staff members. First up is Heartland's Kaga lotus root Kinpira-style. Kinpira taste! I get excited when the appetizer turns out delicious. Then, I ordered 5 types of yakitori carefully selected by the owner, Otsumami, tomato slices, RFC (Ryo's fried chicken), smoked cheese and boiled egg, and grilled tongue and nankotsu. The five carefully selected types were gizzard, Noto pork belly, bonjiri, chicken thighs, and homemade meatballs, all of which were a satisfying size, and the chicken itself was fresh and well-cooked to a high standard! For additional yakitori, I ordered chicken fillet (plum), dakimi, and chicken liver, which were also delicious! In particular, the fillet was my favorite pasteurization. What surprised me was the fried chicken and the grilled tangen naankotsu. The fried chicken was breast meat, but the batter was seasoned with herbs and other spices, making it moist, tender, and juicy! Tanmoto Nankotsu is a mysterious dish that alcohol lovers will love as you can enjoy the texture of tongue and Nankotsu! The drinks are also good with an interesting lineup! The Jameson Highball and the Jameson and Kaga Bocha collaboration whiskey highball were also very good! All the staff members were friendly and worked efficiently. Wow, it was very delicious! I would love to visit you again!
