石川県 金沢市の『更科 藤井』。
ざるそば(850円)を注文。
風味も なかなかで、喉ごしが良い仕上がりの
細打ちの蕎麦です。
歯ごたえが強く、もう少し茹でても良いのかな？
という印象。
ツユは辛み・甘みもシッカリした味付けで、
鰹節の旨みもシッカリ感じます♪
薬味はワサビと大根おろしと長ネギ。
本ワサビなのが嬉しいけど、量が少ないなぁ。
すぐに かけそば(850円)も追加注文。
ダシは鰹節の香ばしさが一層 際立っています♪
温そばだと蕎麦の香りも増しますねぇ♪
2019年9月22日 現在では食べログで石川県内２位
の評価を受けている お店です。
正直、そこまでの美味しさとは思えませんが、
僕も好きな お店です♪
