金沢駅から徒歩3,4分のところにある大人気味噌ラーメンのお店。
オープンからは多分10年以上経ってますが、以前行列のできている人気店です。
休日の12時過ぎくらいに伺いました。
連休だったこともあって金沢駅にも人いっぱいいたのでかなり並んでるかなと思ったらやっぱり15-20人くらいは並んでました。
結局50分くらいかな？並んで入店。
行列並んでる間に注文決めて注文とってくれるので、着席したらすぐに来ます。
ただその前に血糖値爆上がりしないように一口の野菜ジュース出してくれる。すごい優しいやん。
見た目濃厚なスープは飲んでみると濃厚味噌ラーメンガツン！というわけではなくてマイルド目な優しい味噌ラーメン。それでも旨みや味噌の味はしっかりしているのでちゃんと濃厚さはあります。
麺は味噌ラーメンに定番の黄色い中太のちぢれ麺ですが、太めの麺とも相性良くて美味しい。
生姜とゆずがトッピングされているのでところどころで味も変わるしあっさりしていくので飽きずに食べられました。
