祝日のお昼開店時間に訪問。
既に30人ほどの列が出来ており、1時間ほど並んで入店。
味噌ラーメンに味玉、黒バラ海苔トッピングで注文。味噌ラーメンではありますが、パンチのある味が最高でした。また、柚子と生姜がパンチのある味を上手く包み込んでくれてとっても美味しかったです。
個人的には生姜をとか仕込んだスープが絶品でした。
味玉はマッカランということで間違いない濃厚さ。
黒バラ海苔はこれでもかと言う程乗ってきて、磯の香りの味変は最高でした。海苔は贅沢に食べ進めても余るくらい乗ってきます。
