有名な上生菓子屋さんと知り、事前に上生菓子4つとフルーツ大福を予約して行ってみました。
個人的には上生菓子よりフルーツ大福の感動が凄くて、忘れられない大福になりました。写真を撮り忘れてしまったのが残念。
私がいただいたのはシャインマスカットの大福だったのですが、とにかく求肥がもちとろ〜でこんな柔らかい求肥は初めてで大感動。
あんこも甘さ控えめで、シャインマスカットと喧嘩せずに上手く引き立ててくれる感じ。
正直フルーツとあんこを一緒に食べるのはこれまであまり好きではなかったのですが、これを食べて覆りました。ありです。
またあのフルーツ大福食べたいなぁ。
