石川県金沢東茶屋町すぐ、吉はし菓子店さんです。
金沢では有名な和菓子屋さんで、お茶会用に用意される上生菓子は完全予約制です。
予約なしでも購入出来るお菓子はありますが、すぐに売り切れるので、お求めの際は予約必須です。
春先のいちごの季節しか販売されない苺大福をいただきました。
白餡と赤餡両方ともいただきました。
とろりと溶けるような羽二重生地に滑らかな餡が詰まっています。大きないちごのほのかな酸味が餡と一体となって溶けていきます。
高貴で癒される和菓子をいただきました。
