この辺りはお店の入れ替わりが早く、私は以前に来たかどうかすぐ忘れてしまいます。
ちょっと奥まった一階にあります。
ホットロードを見ているかのような髪の色を店員さん達しています。全員若いです。
店内は明るい木目調のちょっとこじんまりした普通の居酒屋です。
メニューはそんなには多くないですし、カラオケボックスのフードのようなページもありました。
全体的にはお安めです。2000円以下で飲み放題のコースも追加できます。
生ビール一杯300円なので飲み放題にするか迷いどころです。
輪島のソウルフードらしいですが、かかしを食べました。
これは看板にするほどではない味ですが、まあちょっと珍しいのかな。
ウズラのたまごと練り物をフライにしてあります。
馬刺しは美味しかったです。1400円くらいでした。
失礼ながらこのくらいの居酒屋では食べたことがない美味しさでした。
トロっとしてますし、かなりやわらかいです。
串盛りもきちんと炭火で焼いているようです。
はじめは、うーんこれはちょっと失敗かと思いましたが、店員の接客も丁寧でした。
ちゃんと料理の説明もしてくれました。仕入れ業者さんが輪島の方の方で輪島名物のメニューが多いそうです。
感じ良かったです。三年くらいお店やっていると若い店主が言ってました。
個室はないようなので、静かに飲むという感じではないのですが、居心地のよいお店でした。
