Kanazawa expedition. As someone who tends to leave on a whim, I make reservations almost immediately before the travel date. Kanazawa is a popular travel destination, and it is almost impossible to make reservations at popular restaurants. I was at the 5th restaurant and was finally able to make a reservation because I was told that there had just been a cancellation at this restaurant. I was told that Kobako Gani must be reserved in advance, so naturally I asked for it. When I arrived at the reservation time, the restaurant was full and the restaurant was very crowded. I was guided to the counter, and first, I had a beer. Ah, the counter feels so relaxing. In addition to the Kobako crab that I requested in my reservation, I ordered salt-grilled Nodoguro, grilled Shirako kelp, Oyster vinegar, and fried horse mackerel. The generous amount of Oyster vinegar makes you scream with joy. I immediately ordered sake. I don't remember what brand I drank, but the staff member kindly told me about the sake they always had on hand. The Shirako Konbu-yaki was also very filling and made me scream with joy. Sake progresses. The fried horse mackerel was also huge♪ And the Kobako crab. This is as fragrant as the word suggests. Uchiko and Gaiko have an indescribable unique flavor. It's only available at this time of year, so it's easy to see why everyone eats it. Needless to say, the Nodoguro was delicious! It has just the right amount of fat. Everything I ate was delicious! It was a feast!
