平日のランチ、４，０００円のコースです。
シースルーのエレベーターで３０階。金沢の街が見渡せます。
廊下にご案内の方が待っておられました。手前に「ル・グランシャリオ」がありまして、そこを右手にみながら進みます。で、左に入って一番奥の窓側の席でした。眺めは、なんとか雨が降らなかったので日本海まで見えます。
さて、私は、グラスのシャンパン。久しぶりのシャンパン（いつもはスパークリング、味はわからないけど・・）。
アミューズに、小さなスープとビーンズのフィナンシェ？だったかな。聞いても覚えてなくて・・・いつもです。
肉が苦手と伝えてあったので、スープの中に雲丹が入っておりました。
前菜は、甘エビやいくら、加賀蓮根などがとてもきれいに立体的に盛り付けられてます。一番底にあったのが何かわかりませんが私にはちょっとぱさぱさ感があってもっとしっとり感があった方が好きでした。
魚料理は、ホウボウ、芽キャベツなどと一緒に。シャンパンがなくなったので、グラスワインの赤を注文。
ほろ酔い気分。記憶力がかなり低下してまいりまーす。ホウボウは、たんぱくで癖がなく美味しく頂きました。
メインは、私は肉が嫌いなので、平目になります。こちらもたんぱくな魚ですが、ソースがおいしくマッチします。魚に赤ワイン、いつものことなので何の問題もなく飲んでいきます（赤ワインの影響で特に魚が生臭く感じたりはしません）。
・・・この小さい蓮の葉っぱみたいなのは、何だったかな～。初めて食べました。
梨のシャーベット、これは、梨だけの味の方が私好み。何かアロマみたいな味が。
次に酒粕のケーキのようなもの（忘れてしまいました）、柿と干し柿をとても小さく均等に切ってちらしてあります。なかなかどちらもおいしいです。
私は、紅茶、茶菓子も出てまいりました。紅茶の器の飲み口がすごく太い（厚いか？）、薄いほうがやっぱりおいしく感じるように思います。
担当の係りの方と、シェフまでエレベーター前で送っていただいて。
