どっかで金箔工房と漆工房を見たことがあります

加賀温泉の加賀谷ホテル？
ＮＯ,１旅館には泊まった記憶なんですよね
さて大阪から遥々サンダーバードに乗車して金沢に到着！
２時間５０分ぐらいなんですか？
長い列車旅です(;^_^A
博多に行ける時間かも.......ですね
事前情報では「バドワイザーの生が飲める」との事でしたが
数日前になったら「カールスバーグの生」に変わってました
で、当日予約の訪問です
お店の雰囲気は「若者向き・女性向き」
おっさんにはアウト！です
金沢まで来て「現行犯逮捕」か？

豚タンを昆布〆にして炒めたもの
レモンを搾っていただきます
あっさりとして美味しいです
ビールにもワインにも合いそうです
昆布も美味しいです

どちらも美味しいですが
好みで言えば粗挽き
マスター無しでもビールが進みます

こんな美味いサラミは初めてです
ええ塩梅で腸詰の皮が分厚くて美味し！
★粗挽きにしたイベリコ豚に黒胡椒などを加え
豚の小腸に詰め２ヶ月かけ長期熟成させたもの
・チーズ盛り合わせ(三種)
今回の食事で納得出来なかった品です
メニューになかった物をオーダーしたんです
なんとこれが２５００円(驚
おまけが「サッポロラガー赤星・中瓶 ８００円」
ともに大阪(天満&福島界隈)ならチーズ盛り７００円前後かと・・・
赤星★なら大瓶４００円程度かと・・・・・
観光地ならではの価格なんですかね？？
料理は非常に美味しく、雰囲気も良く
満足してます
