This restaurant is located about a 3-minute walk from the Hokuriku Bus and Korinbo bus stops, along Seseragi Street. This pork specialty restaurant mainly serves lunch plates during the day, and wine and a la carte dishes at night. I visited around 12:30 on a weekday. The counter was already full, so I was shown to a table. This time I had the recommended "W Plate" in the smallest size. While I was looking around the restaurant while the food was being prepared, I noticed that the building seemed to be a renovated townhouse, and the atmosphere was a combination of Japanese architecture and Western-style interior. While I was eating the self-service consommé soup and drinks, the food was brought to me. The "W" on the menu means a combination of Hamburg and roast Steak. It seems that the size of the roast Steak changes depending on the size. Hamburg was meaty with almost no binding agent. The onion in the ingredients was large, so it seemed to fall apart, but it was delicious. The roast Steak was made from pork loin cooked slowly and rare, and went very well with the mustard-based sauce! They use Noto pork from Ishikawa Prefecture and domestic brand pork depending on the dish. They have more menus available during dinner hours. It's a stylish restaurant with a nice atmosphere, so it's also recommended for dates!
