北國銀行笠市支店の裏にあります。金沢駅から歩いてもそう遠くありませんよ、5分位かな～。
正月にごろごろしながら「クラブ」見て発見、おーこんなお店出来たんだって事で行ってみました。
雪が深々と降る平日の夜20：00時頃です。先客はは2組。どちらも仕事帰りのサラリーマン風です。
カウンター席が8席位・テーブル席も8テーブル位あります。お2階はHANALE no UEってなっているみたいで25席位あるようです。
カウンターの脇の小さなテーブル席に着席しました。テーブル小さいな～～と思いながらも、いやこのお店はバルだし…こんなもんか。
なんだかんだ言って生ビールで乾杯です。生大790円もうひとまわり大きいジョッキじゃないとお値打ち感無いかも。
若い男性の店員さんがスマホを持ってオーダーテイク、時代はスマホ入力で注文取るんですね。その店員さんに何個かアドバイスして貰って注文しました。
今回は、自慢のポテサラ 390円、バジルマヨトッピング 80円・おや鶏 590円・からあげ盛り合わせ（せせり・もも・サーモン）790円・グリーンサラダ大690円をお願いしました。
おや鶏は赤い肉質で噛み応え十分です、噛み締める感じ、こんなに硬かったっけな-。自慢のポテサラは注文時にトッピングいかがですか？？って聞かれてバジルマヨを付けました。もう少しポテトの食感が残っていてくれた方が好きかも。から揚げは普通のものです。グリーンサラダはお皿が大きいから来たーって印象がありましたがキャベツの千切りがほとんどでお得感は有りません。
ワインのセレクトは、1500円・2500円・3500円と価格帯が分かれていて20種類位ありました。1500円から置いてあるのは嬉しいですね＾＾。
料理のインパクトは少ない感じがしました。
昨年の10月に開店したばかりのこのお店、都ホテルの裏にある丸二商店と系列店のようです。
