2004年5月に新宿にて1号店をオープン。人気となって金沢カレーブームに火をつけたお店で
徐々に全国へと展開し、さらに海外にも進出した人気の金沢カレーのチェーン店になります。
こちら金沢駅総本店は2014年8月8日に駅直結の百番街あんとにオープンしました。

金沢駅総本山限定の商品です。のと豚と能登塩、魚醤のいしるを使用したカレーだそうです。
金沢カレーらしい濃厚なルーのカレーでのと豚を細かくカットしたものが入っています。
濃厚なカレーですがそこまでしつこくなくほんのりとした甘みのある味わいで美味しいです。
基本的にのと豚以外は具材は無くキャベツがアクセントになってちょうど良いですね。

近年有名になった金沢カレーを代表するチェーンの一つになります。1996年に新宿にて1号店を
オープンして以来早々に人気となりチェーン化して金沢カレーのブームの火付け役となった
人気店になります。元祖のチャンピオンカレーと共に金沢カレーの最大手のチェーンになります。
こちら金沢駅総本山は2014年8月に駅直結の施設内にオープンした支店です。今回は金沢経由で
帰阪したので乗り継ぎに時間を持たせてこちらで昼食です。上記のものにしましたがすっかり
カツの乗ったタイプと勘違いして注文してしまったのですがカレー自体はなかなか美味しかった
印象を受けました。また機会があればカツの乗った王道のタイプをいただいてみたいと思います。
