今年に入って一番の衝撃を受けた金沢の酒場。
約500種類の銘柄の日本酒を全国から取り寄せ、
常にストックしているそうなんですが、
その錚々たる日本酒のラインナップに驚愕しました。
日本酒好きの方なら、最初の一枚目の写真で、
驚きで目がまんまるになるんじゃないんでしょうか。
僕も冷蔵庫の中に「双虹」や「龍泉」を発見した時は、
幻を見ているのかとすら思いましたから(笑)
この十四代のラインナップの凄さが分からないという方は、
日本酒に詳しい友人に聞いてみてください。
こんな機会は滅多にないぞ！と、
当日は、調子に乗って、
超の付く高級日本酒ばかりをオーダーしましたが、
値付けが、かなり良心的。
少量で少しづつという日本酒バー的な使い方も出来ますし、
憧れの日本酒を少しづつ試してみたいという方に、特にうってつけ。
この店は、ある意味日本一の酒場といっても過言ではないですね。

富山に「醍醐Premium」という、
さらに豪華バージョンの系列店があるそうです（凄）
