One night in Kanazawa, many of the restaurants I had considered were closed due to the earthquake, so I did some research, called them, and found out they were open. There were many types of sake, and there was also an all-you-can-drink menu of sake. I took the opportunity to try some local sake from Ishikawa Prefecture. It's interesting because the taste is completely different when you compare the drinks! Otoshi also goes well with alcohol. I had the sashimi platter and mapo milt. The sashimi is sweet and delicious because it is fresh. The mapo milt had mild spiciness and was rich and delicious.
