シャレたカフェ風の店内で、
気さくな感じのご夫婦でやられてます。
ランチを頂きました。
この日は、トマトソースのパスタで、
トマトソースは手作りのソースで、
トマトの酸味と甘みが絶妙で、
中の具には、新鮮な野菜が、食べた瞬間はじけるお味。
サラダもとても新鮮野菜で、
こんなに、野菜で感動したのは、
「いるたけ」さんが、はじめてです。
野菜の味と、トマトソースのバランス。
香りが残るパスタでした。
ごちそうさまでした。
