夕食をいただきにお邪魔しました。
二軒目どうする？と言うことで、こちらのお店に伺いました。
一軒目で、充分にお腹は充たされているので、お酒と美味しい肴をいただきにきました。
それぞれに飲み物を注文して、さー二次会です。
お腹の容量を考えると、頼めて、一品ですね(笑)
鮮魚が美味しいと聞いたので、カツオのたたきを注文です。
空いていたお陰なのか、すぐに運ばれてきました。
山盛りのネギで見えにくいですが、しっかりと血抜きがされた鮮度良しのカツオです。
ただ、ちょっと身の色がカツオらしくありませんねー。
それと、薬味の数が多く、薬味の味が強く感じられるので、カツオの切り方をもう少し厚めにした方が良いと思います。
