...many delicious local foods" (Jalan Accommodation Travel Survey 2016)! We use fresh ingredients from this privileged environment to provide delicious Sushi every season. The contents change depending on the purchase, but we can also serve [Nodoguro], [Smooth], and [Car Snapper], which represent Kanazawa. Even the bowl is made of Kutani ware made in Kanazawa, and every detail is particular about Kanazawa. The owner is a craftsman with solid skills and skills who trained at Mitsugawa, a famous sushi restaurant that represents Kanazawa, and served as the head chef at Sushi History. The nigiri, which is gripped by skilled craftsmanship, is authentic but unpretentious, and has an atmosphere where you can pinch a Sushi and drink a cup, and the reasonable price that you can easily enjoy while tilting Japan sake, shochu, and wine is also attractive.
