土曜日のお昼、混み合うと思い前日に予約入れるとすでに開店直後の11時じゃないと席がないと言われ、早い時間のランチとなりました。
のど黒の蒸し寿司はこのお店だけのモノなのか？他では食べたことのないお寿司。
出てきたときは茶碗蒸しと思っていたところ、米粒がしっかり入っていてお寿司でした。
清潔な店内で金沢を堪能できます。
