金沢市の商業施設アトリオのB1Fにあるカフェ。
店舗は壁が無く、アトリオのB1Fのフロアスペースとそのまま通じている。
ゆったりとした席配置。
イートインは勿論、一部はテイクアウトも可能。
Wi-Fiも電源も完備。
ニューヨークチーズケーキは、ケーキの1種。
ニューヨークチーズケーキというと、固めの、しっかりとしたものが多いが、同店のは柔らかめ。それでも、食べ進んでいる内に崩れていく、という事にはならず、食べ易いケーキ。
クリームチーズのまったりとした風味を存分に味わえる。
ディカフェは、コーヒーの1種。
いわゆるカフェインレスコーヒー。
海外では、ディカフェネートと呼ぶのが一般的で、カフェインレスという「何それ？」という顔をされる可能性が高い。
時刻的にカフェインレスでなくても良かったが、カフェインレスを見ると頼みたくなる。
カフェインを含んでいなくてもコクのあるコーヒーになっていた。
