冬に予約を取ろうとして失敗したお店です。
ゴールデンウィーク前予約が取れたので訪問しました
予約の際刺身を頼むかどうかの確認がされます
店内入るとこじんまりとした店内、綺麗でとても雰囲気も良い
お刺身以外はアラカルトでオーダーしていくのだが料理をしているのが、ご主人一人なので料理の提供には時間がかかることを覚悟しなければならない
だけども、出てくる料理はどれも絶品でひと仕事してあるものばかりで非常に美味しい。
正直、今回金沢で伺ったお店の中でピカイチであった
日本酒のラインナップもなかなか楽しいラインナップ、でこれがまた料理にあって最高にうまい
また金沢に来た際には是非伺いたいお店である。
