7 minutes walk from the east exit of Hokutetsu Kanazawa Station. Walk straight towards the Asano River on the Kanazawa Forus side (left side with your back to the station). Cucina NUMMA is located on the 2nd floor of an old folk house at the third intersection with a traffic light (Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) Tenten is on the 1st floor). It is across the street from Hokkoku Bank Kasaichi Branch. There is no dedicated parking lot. There are many coin parking lots nearby. 421 meters from Hokutetsu Kanazawa. |

新幹線がきっかけで、何も無かったところから一気にお店が増えた金沢駅前。
栄えていなかった堀川町辺りにもいくつかお店が出来てきました。
こちらは築100年の古民家を改装して作られました。
金沢駅から徒歩10分弱くらいの所にあります。
場所は堀川町、「女川（おんながわ）」と呼ばれる浅野川の少し手前まで歩いてきます。
築100年とはいうものの、外装は改装しすぎなのかその有り難みは薄いかも。
店舗自体は階段を上がった2階にあり（1階は別店舗）、
中も大きく改装しているものの、まだ活用している感じはあります。土地的な問題で店内は結構独特な形。
ご主人は西麻布と横須賀で修行されたそうな。地元がこっちだったのかな？
お店のスペシャリテは日本最古のスパゲッティ・バジリコ。
お好みで別添の粉チーズをかけていただきます。
量の問題なのかバジルの種類なのか、知っているバジルのそれとは香りから違いました。
※実はメインはパセリらしい。どおりで。
口の中を爽やかな香りが広がります。
実は仄かに大葉を効かせているらしい。ああそれで他と違う香りだったのか。
メニューにもスパゲッティと書いてあったけど、日本で一般的なスパゲッティよりはやや細め。
でもスパゲッティーニ程細くはないかも、くらい。
西麻布でバジリコでたっぷりの粉チーズ、分かる方には修行先が分かりそうですね。
