『猫大好き！！』さんに教えていただいたイタリアンへ、夕食をいただきにお邪魔しました。
私は金沢駅から歩いてお店に向かいましたが、いつの間にか、お店を通りすぎてしまいました。
後から聞いたら、連れも同様にお店を通りすぎてしまっていたようなので、伺う際は注意が必要です(笑)
入り口を入って２階の店内へ。
古民家風の内装仕上げ。
照度をおとした照明。
店員さんが、温かい笑顔で迎えてくれます。
これは期待値があがります。
座席に案内され、私は生ビールを注文しました。
若干遅れた連れが到着しましたが、前出の理由で遅れたようです(笑)
連れは赤ワインなので、ボトルで注文しました。
それでは、乾杯。
連れが到着する前に、数品の料理を注文していました。
いただいた料理
・十種の季節野菜の瞬間蒸し
・本日の海鮮でカルパッチョ
・海鮮のアラビアータ
・ピッツァ マルゲリータ
まずは、お通し。
店員さんの説明が小声で聞こえなかったが、モチモチした食感にフレッシュチーズとハチミツが合います。
この時点で、赤ワインにスイッチすることを考えました。
十種の季節野菜の瞬間蒸しは、味付けは最低限で、とにかく野菜の味が際だつ逸品です。
これまた、濃い野菜の味に恋しそうです。
本日の海鮮でカルパッチョは、店員さんが｢キンパチ、ホタテ、ウマヅラ｣と言っていました。
恥ずかしながら、キンパチと言う魚名は初めて聞いたので、Googleで調べると合点がいきました。
チカメキントキのことを、金沢ではキンパチと呼んでいるんですね。
こちらも味は控えめで、新鮮な魚の味を感じることができました。
ピッツァ マルゲリータも、バジルの香味が際だって、チーズもトロトロ、喉に赤ワインが引きづりこまれます。
海鮮のアラビアータは、二皿に分けて運ばれてきました。
こうした気遣いは嬉しいですね。
それと、これは料理の全品に言えることなんですが、熱い料理、冷たい料理、それぞれの料理の温度に合わせて、皿の温度が考えられていました。
料理を運んでくる際に、店員さんの「皿が○○なので、ご注意ください。」と添えられる一言にも、大いに優しさを感じられました。
こちらのお店は、料理以外の部分でも大満足です。
私たちが食事を終える頃、店内は満席になっていました。
特に女性のお客さんが多いようでした。
隅々まで気配りの行き届いた隠れ家的なイタリアン、堪能させていただきました。
