片町の外れにイケてるおフランスの兄弟がやってるバーがあるから行こうって言われて来ました。
お店はとてもオーセンティックな感じでかっこいいバーカウンター。
日本語はバッチリです。
おすすめを聞いたら、ジャパニーズクラフトジンのカクテルを作ってくれました。
このジンが相当絶賛されてて、金沢の雰囲気、季節と、日本らしさを、感じるこのジンで作るカクテルをおフランスのかっこいいバーテンダーさんに言われると、クールジャパンってほんまなんやなって思えた。そんな夜でした。
