コッペパンの波は北陸にも

以前盛岡でコッペパンがソウルフードらしい、と伺ったのが約3年前。
金沢にも1軒出来ていたのですが、コメダがコッペパン専門店を出したり、
いつの間にやら全国的にどんどんコッペパンのお店が増殖した印象。
そんな中、こちらは福井からの出店。全国的な広がりを感じますね。
石川のお店が福井に出店するのはありがちなパターンだけど、福井からこちらに進出というのは比較的珍しい。
それだけ人気なのでしょうね。
場所は広坂、香林坊交差点の近くで、ターバンカレーさんの2軒隣くらい。

いただいたのはコロッケパン（280円）。

卵は使わず、専用の粉、生乳やよつ葉バターを使用しているとのこと。
ふかふかと柔らかい生地に優しい甘みが広がります。
で、そこに自家製のパン粉でからりと揚げた大きめのコロッケが２個。
結構なボリュームです。
ホクホクなコロッケにソース、キャベツの千切りとベタな組み合わせですがよく合う。
コロッケパンって最初に考えた人は偉大だな。
