町屋をリノベーションした和食居酒屋、町屋和食五彩へ。
金沢の佳店、チョコレートのLOVE LOTUSさんのオーナー紹介で知り得た一軒です。
モノトーンな店内は、一階がカウンターとテーブル2卓、二階は個室が二部屋ほど。
昔の建築なので、階段が急勾配ですね。
◆へしこチーズ (780円+税)
へしこは塩辛が強い保存食ですが、ブリーを合わせることで、まろやかな味わいになっています。
でも、結構量か多いので、長持ちしました。（笑）
◆ポテトサラダ 唐千寿添え (480円+税)
唐千寿(からせんじゅ)とは、鱈とサメの卵を使ってカラスミ同様に作られた能登の特産品です。
カラスミの代用などと言う方もいますが、カラスミはカラスミ、唐千寿は唐千寿、比べる意味はありません。
さっぱりとした味わいです。
◆ひろうずと蓮根の煮物 (680円+税)
ひろうずとは飛龍頭と書きます。東京ではがんもどきですね。
これに加賀蓮根を合わせた炊きものです。
甘さ控えめで、いい味わいでした。
◆〆鯖
浅〆の鯖です。
ほぼ刺身の如く。
季節柄、絶品でした。
◆加賀蓮根蒸し (880円+税)
加賀蓮根はデンプンが多いのが、練れば練るほど粘りが出てきます。そのため、いわゆる蓮根餅ですが、繋ぎを使うことなくモチモチの食感になります。
この手の料理はとても好みです。
◆奥能登の白菊 純米にごり夏越し (100cc 780円+税)
◆谷泉 純米 純米無濾過生原酒 槽絞り(100cc 780円+税)
◆野口尚彦研究所 純米無濾過生原酒 (1,180円 税込)
店主は京料理をベースにした和食人、しっかりした料理は、味付けセンスがよく、対応も良好です。
また、スタッフの1人は若くして日本酒に精通しています。
石川の酒も、チョイスが良かったこともあって口に合いました。
たまに東京に買い付けに来るとか、連絡くれれば、お勧めの酒を置いてある酒屋紹介してあげますわ。(≧∀≦)
少々隠れ家的なお店ですが、お気に入りの仲間入りです。
金沢来たら顔出したい一軒です。
