もうね、ここの美味しさをどう伝えたらいいのか、言葉に迷います。
お料理が美味しくて、店員さんたちのおもてなしがまた美味しくて、そりゃ写真も撮り忘れるさ（笑）
古民家風の建物です。
トイレがある場所に、一瞬迷います。
金沢に行ったらこちらにどうぞ！
外れません。
日本酒にめっっっちゃ詳しい店員さんが、たくさんある日本酒の中から好みのものやオススメを見つけてくれます。
こちらで勧めもらった、シン·ツチダ。めっちゃ気に入ってしまいました♡
それだけでも幸せになるけど、お料理が、見た目も味もとても素敵！

炙りもちょうどよい香ばしさと脂の滲み。

ついついたくさん食べてたくさん飲んで、ヘロヘロになりました。（笑）
シェフは、シャイだけどお話し好きなんだろうなぁという、人として好きなタイプ！
作る傍ら、ボソボソっとお話してくれるの嬉しい。
