金沢駅西のクロスゲートは今金沢で最も話題なスポットの一つ。
入居した飲食店は地元のお店が多く、移転してこちらに入居した人気店も。
2階にあるこちらは金沢のクラフトビール醸造所であるオリエンタルブルーイングさんが経営するお店です。
1号店の東山をはじめ、金沢駅や香林坊にもありますがそれぞれコンセプトは違うようで、
こちらは料理とビールのペアリングがテーマ。
この日のランチは選択制で煮込みハンバーグをチョイス。ライス、サラダ、ドリンクが付きます。
熱々グツグツの状態で提供されます。
煮込みなのもあってか肉汁は溢れる感じでは無いものの、旨味はちゃんと閉じ込めてあります。
ビールに合うように濃い味になってるのかと思ったけどそうでもなかったです。
デミグラス系だったと思うけど、味は酸っぱくなく甘過ぎず。バランス型なのかな。
基本はビールと共にいただく料理がメインだと思うので、夜に改めて来てみたいかも。
