前回の金沢旅行でクロスゲートを訪れた時に気になっていたモンブラン。
テイクアウト中心っぽいけど奥にイートインスペ?ース…カフェスペースがある。
お目当ての生搾りモンブランとワラビ餅等を注文
モンブランはフワッとしたマロンクリームが繊細
主張し過ぎる事のない、まろやかな舌触り
それでいて深い味
かすかに、かすかに感じる苦味が良い。
ワラビ餅は
美味しい。
普通に美味しい。
最近こういうモンブラン流行ってますが
充分美味しかったです。
