金沢に行くと結構な頻度で行ってます。駅あたりで時間潰したい時や、ちょっと甘いの食べたかったり、待ち合わせなど、いろんなことに使ってます。
今回写真はかき氷。加賀棒茶の氷は、氷自体に味がついてて、餡と蕨餅がついてます。ほろ苦くて大人味、美味しかった。
今回はかき氷だけど、抹茶・ほうじ茶・黒ごまなどの和風ラテが美味しいので、お茶だけでいっても満足。
スイーツは米粉のパンケーキがおすすめ。
能登大納言を使用した甘さ控えめのものや、濃抹茶、黒糖きな粉わらび餅など、モンブランなどかなり魅力的。パフェはフルーツむらはたとのコラボで、テイクアウトもあります。わらび餅ドリンクにお団子や大福などの和菓子も。
お店の雰囲気だとこんな種類ある気がしないんだけど、かなりバリエーション多め。なのでとても重宝してます、美味しいし！
東京では和菓子も購入できるので、それもたまに買ってます。
