朝、TBSだかテレ朝かで7時台に紹介されていた葛餅の上に和栗のモンブランが紹介されていたので、ちょうど金沢に旅行中の知人に買ってきてもらいました。
葛餅と行っても、よく練り込まれてクリーミーなババロアのような食感。その上に、濃厚なモンブランがのっています。
和と洋が融合したデザート。金沢らしいとお思います。非常に美味しいです。
