平日の夕方、前の1組の客がちょうど席を立ったところに入店、他に客はなし。
町家建物の2階が客席。窓際の床の間には大きな坪に生けられた植物。美玖里という栗を使ったモンブラン、金茶を注文。純和風のとても落ち着いた雰囲気の中、ゆっくりモンブランをいただくことができた。
栗ペーストをメレンゲの核にかけて仕上げてくれるパフォーマンスも最高にエモい！
小布施堂の朱雀もいいが、店の雰囲気、パフォーマンス、そして肝心の味、どれを取っても、こちらの方が上回っていると感じた。コストパフォーマンス的にも、こちらの方が上ではないか。
私の後に1組の客が入ってきたが、平日の夕方はゆっくり訪問できる狙い目の時間帯ではないかと思われる。
