11時のオープン前20分前に行きました。
何組かバラバラに並んでいました。
11時のオープンとともに店員さんが番号を呼んでいました。
？？？
よく分かりません。ネット見ても予約不可しか書いてません。
扉が空いていたので、入ってみると発券機があり受付をして整理券を発券するようです。
外に何も書いてないので分かりませんよ！
とりあえず発見したら14番目になっていて、あと９組待ち。待つこと40分後に店員さんに呼ばれました。
外観と内観は古民家風です。
棒ずりと金茶というモンブランと棒茶を注文しました。
しばらくすると、店員さんに呼ばれモンブラン仕上げるところを見れるとのこと。

メレンゲの焼いたものの上にクリームがのっていて、その上に押し出した栗を。
さらに和三盆の粉末をパラパラ。
完成です。
食すと栗の風味が香り、甘すぎず上品なお味。
軽い感じでサラッと食べられます。
棒茶の香ばしいお茶とよく合います。
モンブラン２つと棒茶で5500円。
結構高いです
一度は行ってみてもいいかもです
