＊「このお店について！＆お店基本情報！」
・金沢駅東口からちょっと離れた本町にある、蟹がメインの海鮮居酒屋
です。同じく駅前付近で「せん」・「とと屋」など多くのお店を展開
するファーストグループが手掛けます。専用の駐車場は有りませんね。
店内はまず大きいカウンターが有って、その奥が半個室のテーブル席
になっています。本日のランチは蟹か映えにしましょう。

・入口に消毒液完備・入店時マスク必須です。座席間に仕切り等はなし。
支払いは現金の他、カードやQRコード決済にも対応しています。

・厚切りカツセット（税込1100円）

・映え丼（税込1078円） 私の注文。
その時の季節や仕入れ状況で内容が変わるみたいです。本日は甘エビと
言われ注文しました。ちょっと待って料理到着です。夜のバージョンは
丼がもっと大きく価格も上昇しますが、ランチは小丼でお手軽になって
います。むき身の甘エビがドシャドシャのっていて中央に卵黄と貝割れ
ものっています。甘エビはトロッとしてプリッで甘いです。ご飯は白飯
でした。海藻のお吸い物も付きますよ。
＊「そとくんの甘辛コメント！」
・ちょっと小言。これはこれでメニューとして良いと思います。でもまずは
卵黄は要らないと思います。エビは意外に生臭みが有るのでまろやかに？
の狙いでしょうが、せっかくの海老の甘味がぼやけます。後温かい白飯で
はなく、冷たい酢飯の方が良いと思います。後はワサビ醤油でしょう。
