東京の鳥しきさんで修行されていた前川さんのお店。
予約は毎月1日に2ヶ月先の月の予約を先着で取るような形です。
ここでしか食べられないようなトリのオンパレードで特に北陸では珍しいちょうちんは必食です。
あいだを彩る季節の野菜なども満足度をあげてくれます。
最後の締めもすばらしく酒粕を使ったデザートもなめらかで美味しいです。
量が多めなのでお腹を空かせて行ってください。
