北陸もやっとこさ春の気配が・・・。
バタバタしてたので朝食抜き…今日のランチはがっつり系で食探し(^^)
会社近くに新しく出店した『とんかつ ぶんぷく』さんに初訪です。
お一人様用の対面テーブルに着席…注文はタッチパネルから、平日数量限定「林豚リブロースかつ定食」をポチッと注文♪
胡麻を擂ってると「とんかつ」がドーンと到着＼(^^)／
店員さんから「最初はお塩で食べてください」と言われるるがままパクり…とんかつの柔らかさと脂の甘みがいい感じです(^o^)
「梅ひじきご飯」が美味しかった…当然、お代わりで「白ご飯」も頂きましたf(^_^)
最後の方は脂が、少々キツめ、年のせいですね…次はヒレかつにしよっとf(^_^)
