近くに引っ越してきてよく前を通るお店。最近オープンしたお店みたい
どんなお店なのかな〜と思い食べログで検索すると結構誕生日とかを押していたので色ものなのかな〜と思っていたんですが知り合いが行っていたので話を聞いてみるとそんな色ものでもないみたい。
明日は休みという事で仕事終わりに同僚と行ってみることに
【立地】金沢の近江町市場の近く、
駐車場とかはないみたい。自転車なので問題ないけど、車だと近くの駐車場探さないといけない
【店内】ホテルの１F、一見わかりにくいかも
ホテルの１Fにあり、入ってすぐのとこなのだけど、ちょっと見落としてしまうかも。
席はカウンター、ソファー、テーブルと種類があるみたい。
【メニュー】燻製と炭火焼き押しらしい
ケムリとカオリという名前らしく、押しが炭火焼きと燻製みたい。それ以外には普通にパスタとか前菜とか置いてあった。あと変わりダネでいうとシカゴピザがあり
【注文】とりあえずオススメの燻製と炭火焼きを
燻製ポテトサラダ(¥490)、燻製の煙に包まれてでてくる。潰してあるなめらかタイプのポテトサラダではなく、角切りみたいなポテトの状態。結構好みかも、燻製はそんなにキツくなく丁度いいアクセントになっている。
雲丹のペペロンチーノ(¥1540)、めちゃくちゃシンプルなパスタだった、雲丹の味はしっかりするけど何の具も入ってなくて意外！味はピリ辛雲丹パスタで美味しかった。
昆布締めビーフステーキ(¥1760)、お肉を昆布締めにしてあるらしく、旨味があって、結構柔らかかった、牛ロースだった説明だった。この値段帯のステーキならかなり満足の部類かな〜
ドリンクは烏龍茶とサンペレしか飲んでないので、特に評価はできないかな〜なんかメニューにはフルーツを使ったノンアルとかもあったけど、ご飯のときは甘くないのがいい
【サービス】むちゃくちゃ言い訳ではないけど、丁寧ではあった
特別言い訳ではなかったけど、最低限の事が丁寧にしようとはしていたかな。最後は見送りまでしてくれたし笑
色ものかな〜と思っていたけど。料理自体はめっちゃ普通に美味しくて、意表を突かれた感じ
ギャップもあっていい感じの時間が過ごせたかな、職場も近いので今後もお世話になることがありそう
