魚屋が丼のために食材を仕入れて |
近江市場へ。
連休のランチタイムと言う事もあり
市場内の飲食店はどこも行列ができていました。
魚市場なので海鮮丼のお店がほとんどです。
どこで食べようか迷った挙げ句、
比較的行列が少ないこちらのお店へ。
とは言っても待ちました汗
店内へ案内されてからも
配膳されるまで一時間待ちました汗
厨房がオープンキッチンになっているので
様子を見ていると板さんがひとりしかいないみたい。
