This is a newly opened restaurant by Chef Kawamoto of the Michelin-starred ``Preminance''. It's a wonderful story about a man who transformed his garage (?) into a space of his choice and ran a business with his wife. I made a reservation on Tabelog and visited. To our surprise, there were no other customers other than us, so the place was reserved completely. I had many conversations with the chef and his wife. In addition to explaining the ingredients, the menu also includes many explanations of the tableware. This is the first time I've come across a shop that goes this far in trying to convey the wonders of tableware to its customers. The dishes had many interesting combinations, and were all "creations" that you wouldn't find anywhere else. I think it's delicious, but there were some things that I couldn't understand the balance and combination of ingredients. It was a lot of excitement and fun.
