タッチパネル式のお店は増えましたが、ストレスなくメニューも見られ、注文出来、時間を要さずしっかりと提供してくれる素敵なお店！炭火で食べる高揚感あり!!煙は出るが、テーブル上にある吸入パイプが良い仕事をしてくれ、何とも清涼な雰囲気の中、最初から最後まで美味しくいただきました。お店の推しメニューに金澤冷麺がありますが、昆布だしのスープでここでしか味わえないもの、ぜひ食べていただきたいです。
