PR for restaurants |
A restaurant that serves dishes using seasonal ingredients (local fish, Kaga vegetables, etc.) and local sake (sake breweries south of Tedori River in Ishikawa Prefecture)
We are quietly operating in a corner of the Chuo-dori Arcade in front of Komatsu Station. We are a small restaurant (18 seats) and cannot accommodate more than 6 people, so if you have 1 to 2 or 3 peo |
Komatsu City's largest festival, ``Otabi Festival,'' was held this May for the first time in three years. The highlight is the ``Hikiyama Children's Kabuki'' performed by elementary school girls on the floats. I also went to see the show on Saturday evening when the weather had improved. The ``Hikiyama Children's Kabuki'' I saw for the first time in three years was a lively performance, and the parade of Hikiyama floats in front of the Komatsu Hikiyama Community Center Miyossa looked great against the lights. One such night, I decided to have dinner at a restaurant in Komatsu for the first time in my life. It used to be in front of the Inumaruya main store in Doihara-cho, but the building was quite old, so I guess it was demolished. So he returned to his parents' home, where he had originally run a soba shop, and renovated it before opening. It has been relaunched as a restaurant serving local sake and dishes made with delicious seasonal fish and vegetables. By the way, the store I went to in Doihara Town opened late, from 8pm, so I ended up never going there. By the way, I visited on the day of the "Otabi Matsuri", so just to be sure, I made sure I was bored before heading there. It's located in a corner of the Mikkaichi shopping street with an arcade, and the entrance is tucked away, so the exterior looks a little unassuming. There was a room next door that could be seen from the outside. When we entered the store at 6:00 p.m. when it opened, we were the first to arrive. The interior of the restaurant is simple, with a counter seat and two table seats. The host was managing the food by himself. First, let's toast with draft beer. Then, I ordered the "Assorted three types of sashimi (1,100 yen)". It was horse mackerel, bincho tuna, and stone sea bream. The horse mackerel was fatty. There was only one rock Oyster (770 yen), and two people shared it. They cut it in half and served it to me. It has a milky taste and is delicious when eaten with ponzu sauce and grated maple leaves. I'm looking forward to the summer rock Oyster season. On the other hand, the bamboo shoots were near the end of their season. It is "grilled bamboo shoots (700 yen)". It was well seasoned and delicious. This is "Kaga lotus root lotus steamed (700 yen)". There was plenty of wasabi on top. Steamed sea bream and shrimp topped with grated Kosaka lotus root. It's my favorite dish. There was plenty of lotus root and the bean paste was delicious. To finish off your meal, try the Handmade Soba Soba (700 yen). Nihachi soba is made using buckwheat flour native to Maruoka, Fukui Prefecture. Only 8 meals per day. This soba has a unique color that comes from the native Maruoka variety, and is sliced into thin strips that go down easily. It was also delicious. As for alcohol, I prefer highballs. My wife drinks Tezuka Junmaishu from Komatsu. Light and dry. It was certainly refreshing. He is running the business by himself, but two groups of customers came in, so we decided to take some time off in this area. After eating and drinking all of the above, it cost about 7,600 yen. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Thank you for the meal. Click here for the blog article. http://asap.blog.jp/archives/46435241.html
