石川県の小松市にある中華料理のお店
小松は中華料理の美味しいお店が多数あります。
本場の方々が料理する魅力的なメニューの数々
本場中華を引き継いでいるのか、味付けが独特です。
全体的に美味しいのですが好みが分かれる味だと思います。
私的には全部期待以上の味でした。
餃子のサイズは大きい。
具材が他とは少し違う、肉汁がすごい！手作りでかなり美味しい！
ビールとめっちゃ合う！※サッポロ黒ラベル生ビール
無理すれば一口で食べれるが2口で食べるほうが無難なサイズ。
酢と醤油と辣油を自分でブレンドします。
小籠包はガリと共にが出てきた。
美味い！けどジュースが流れ出てこない。
しっとりといい感じなのだが・・・
マーボー豆腐は少しピリ辛、焼き飯に乗せて食べると良く合う
油淋鶏、これは頼んだ方がいい。※おすすめ
酢豚、エビチリも良い
唯一、焼き豚のみ少し辛めで、私好みではなかったです。
本日は頼んでいませんが、から揚げもおすすめ。
お持ち帰りで注文しました。
