A long-established store that was renovated and opened in December last year. This is a restaurant I've always wanted to visit because it serves local ingredients in beautiful Kutani ware. In addition to the photos, grilled fish (Japanese Spanish mackerel grilled with Mirin) and soup were served. Total 2,500 yen. I was impressed by how sweet the vegetables were. The overall flavor of Simmered dish is reassuring. The pickles were a bit spicy and had a strong texture, which added to the flavor. The sashimi is sweet shrimp, red squid, and Sujiara. Amaebi has a juicy sweetness. The fresh red squid was good, but the Sujiara was particularly memorable for its slightly rich sweetness. The Shizuoka muskmelon was also soft and delicious! The customer service is polite and leaves a good impression. I feel like this restaurant should be used at night, not for lunch. I added points with hopes for next time.
