小松市は二回目の訪問、安宅の関、航空自衛隊飛行場、コマツ などで
有名な街です、僕ら二人は駅から程近い旧市街地にある
この割烹梶助に入った。
全体の広さ大きさは不明であるが、カウンターに通された。先客２名あり
カウンター内には若い調理人とすらりと細見の奥さんが忙しそうに
料理をつくり、運んでいる様子。
若い調理人（若旦那）は、俳優の藤本隆宏に良く似たいい男だった。
僕らには付き出しで、野菜の漬物を甘辛く煮込んだもの・・・やさしい味である
飲み物は地酒の日本酒・・・・・これは新潟の酒が勝るな
そして、九州のカラスミと能登のウニ味噌・・・日本酒にピタリとハマる
お刺身は北陸のキジハタとマグロ・・・包丁の切れが美しい
そして暑いので、ビールで喉を潤す。
最後に細いソーメンが出てきた、小豆島のソーメンとのこと
綺麗な丼にソーメン、カツオと昆布だしの効いた暖かい汁。・・・御馳走様でした。
小松市辺りでは味付けは関西風味になっていますね。
とてもカメラを出して、という雰囲気ではありませんでした。
