Don't underestimate this Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) lunch with a special menu
This is a popular Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the suburbs that has been around for a long time. I visited the blog once or twice after it opened, but I have never visited the blog since I first started it. It's close to Komatsu no Ikoi no Mori, so it's a little far from my home to go out for drinks at night. And I didn't know until recently that they were open for lunch. ^^; By the way, there seems to be a shuttle service for more than a certain number of people. It seems that reservations are required for Sunday lunch, but when I asked on the phone a little before noon that day, I was told that it would be ok for the food to be served late, so I headed to the restaurant. When I arrived at the store at 12:00, the parking lot was 80% full. It's popular after all. There were many families on this day. Among them, I ordered the ``Seasonal Seasonal Vegetable Basket Gozen Winter Seasonal Vegetables'' (1,320 yen including tax). First of all, this ``winter flavor hot pot'' is brought to you and lit on fire. Other are placed in the basket you see. The contents include sashimi, Simmered dish, small udon noodles, rice, chawanmushi, and pickles. The sashimi is yellowtail, sea bass, and sweet shrimp. I wasn't sure what Simmered dish was, but it looked like a stuffed fish paste that wasn't dumpling-like. (Perhaps the pot is Simmered dish?) Are the thin udon noodles made with dried Komatsu udon noodles? Warm it up in a pot and eat it. The ``Ladies Lunch'' (1,000 yen including tax) that my wife ordered on that day featured a bowl of fried oysters with sauce, and the oysters were from Hiroshima. It comes with simmered Simmered dish, yoked Vinegared dish, vinegared dishes, salad, chawanmushi, edamame, pickles, and even a small udon noodle. The fried oyster bowl with sauce looked delicious. Coffee seems to be included on weekdays, but on holidays there seems to be an extra charge. It seemed quite crowded and it took a while for the food to be served, but this was stated as a condition when making the reservation, so there were no problems. I was satisfied with the taste and volume. If I have a chance, I would like to visit this restaurant again at night. Thank you for the meal. The store is a large, independent building, and it's been about 6 and a half years since I visited there. When I arrived about 5 minutes before opening time on a Saturday in March, three groups of mothers with children were waiting. The restaurant has a kids' room on the second floor, and there is also a kids' menu on the menu. Therefore, it seemed that many customers with children were using it. Inside the store, each low table is separated by a wall. Was it like that before? The most popular dish seems to be Seafood Bowl set, but since I was planning to eat sashimi that night, I passed on it. So I decided to order the ``Demi-Hamburg steak set with fried egg (1,500 yen)'' that was part of the ``Popular Lunch'' menu. The set includes vegetable salad, today's Simmered dish, chawanmushi with mushroom sauce, miso soup, rice, pickles, and a drink (coffee or tea). For an additional 110 yen, you can change the miso soup to udon. This is what was served. The main demi-glace sauce Hamburg placed on a hot iron plate had a fairly firm texture. Personally, I like it. It also came with a fried egg, fries, and broccoli. Coffee was included after the meal. On this day, after the store opened, customers came in one after another. Also, there are many people with children, so you can feel that this is a restaurant that families can enjoy. Thank you for the meal.
