加賀産業道の通りにあるお店です。
そんなに大きくない看板を発見して何気なく入店しました。
ランチは日替わりの定食か丼の2種類だけみたいで私は定食をお願いしました。
注文を終えてトイレに立って戻って来ると既に料理が提供されてます。 笑
多分1分位しか経ってないような気がします。 笑笑
スピードは最大のサービスと言われてますが、ここまで早いと驚きしかありません。 汗笑
まぁ、その分作り置きになってるので揚げ物は当然冷めてますが、これはお店のコンセプトでスピードを重視している分仕方がないと思われます。
後、汁物は味噌汁というよりお吸物系ですね。帆立が入ってて上品な味わいでした。
