A fun and delicious Fried Skewers specialty store. Great for a variety of occasions, from pre-party to after-party, solo drinking, and banquets!
Hot Fried Skewers and ice-cold beer. Men and women of all ages, professions, and titles, friends and associates, everyone can casually connect with each other and have fun together. People and smiles |
When I was staying in Komatsu, I visited this restaurant near the station. The restaurant only has a counter, and it has a nice atmosphere. Fried Skewers are a little over 100 yen each, which is a nice price. They have standard dishes like pork cutlet and pickled ginger, but they also have namafu, which is typical of Ishikawa Prefecture, so I ordered that. The combination of the fluffy texture and the crispy batter is delicious, and it goes well with the sauce. The broccoli is huge and fluffy. The sauce is not poured on top, but is dipped in, which was also delicious.
