Hello, this is Okura. I've come to Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture. It seems to be a famous restaurant for its all-you-can-eat buffet, but I wondered how it would be for a small eater like me when I entered the restaurant. Rather than eating the same thing over and over at an all-you-can-eat restaurant, I want to eat a lot of different things. So I looked at the a la carte menu. Sammai Kalbi, Cow tongue, and hoso. For now, I ordered the things that I thought were good. Drink menu. There is an all-you-can-drink option, but if I do that, I won't be able to eat meat... I ordered a pitcher. If it's not enough, I'll order more. There was something like a special menu for today. Hoso was half price on this day. Tongue, large kalbi that is grilled and cut with scissors. I also ate tomatoes. Basil tontoro, and tuna. I ordered one after another while grilling them. The horumon looked delicious. First, I toasted with beer and ordered the tongue, which cooked quickly. I decided the placement of the meat, such as tontoro, while considering the thickness of the meat. Tuna is chicken hip. I just keep grilling and eating. At this moment, I don't think about anything. Just whether it's tasty or not. The kalbi is cooked. I gulp down my beer. It's softer than it looks. This is tasty. It goes well with garlic too. Mmm. I'm happy. I'm getting full, but I have some Morioka Cold Noodles. Delicious! I add vinegar and eat it with kimchi. The all-you-can-drink option might have been cheaper, but if I drink too much I won't be able to eat anything, so it's fine in the end.
