Ramen Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) Ramen At 11:00 p.m. on Saturday, I strolled in front of the station looking for Ramen to finish the meal and entered this restaurant. The restaurant was full and there was a group of customers in the back of the room. The soup was lighter than I expected, and I didn't feel guilty eating it even at this hour of the day. The ingredients were chashu pork, nori, shiso leaves, green onion, and chinachiku.
